Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on ellingtonwatches.com, operated by Bloomy Health Co LLC.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays). Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of the order being placed. Orders received on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather or incorrect delivery details. The total estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the delivery time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are displayed before you complete your payment. No shipping charges are added after checkout.

Order tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately on +1 720-796-3882 or at info@ellingtonwatches.com. We can only correct an address before the order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution for you.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international deliveries, import duties, taxes and customs charges may be applied by the destination country. These charges are set by the local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
