Refund & Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all orders placed on ellingtonwatches.com, operated by Bloomy Health Co LLC.

Return period

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

Conditions for a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused, unworn and in the same condition in which you received it;
• complete with all protective films, tags and accessories;
• returned in its original packaging;
• accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Do not send an item back before contacting us. Call +1 720-796-3882 or email info@ellingtonwatches.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm your return and send you the return address and instructions. Returns sent back without prior contact cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

If the item is faulty, damaged or not the item you ordered, we cover the cost of the return. In all other cases the cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will send you an email confirming whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or card provider it can take a further 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like a different model or colour, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us and we will help you arrange this.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Once an order has been dispatched it must be handled as a return.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, personalised or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
